2010 STORAGE AND DRYING POLICIES FOR BURTONVIEW COOP:
CORN
• All corn grade factors, including moisture, will be load by load.
• Farm stored grain delivered after Jan 1st 2011 will be averaged, and must be sold or placed into storage after 5 days.
• ALL CORN NOT CONTRACTED FOR FALL DELIVERY WILL HAVE UNTIL FRIDAY EVENINGS BY 4:30 PM IN SEPT, OCT, AND NOV, DEC TO EITHER BE SOLD OR STORED

• Storage Rate- minimum rate .20/bushel through 01-01-11, which is billed and due by 1-01-11.
Storage is then accrued on a daily rate. (2 CENTS/MONTH)
• Drying Rate- From 15.1-17.0 = $.04/point 17.1-20.0 = $.03/point 20.1-30.0 = $.02/point 30.1- above = $.05/point
Corn sold for harvest delivery is shrunk to 15%
Corn delivered for storage will be shrunk to 14%
SOYBEANS
• All soybean grade factors, including moisture, will be load by load.
• Farm stored grain delivered after Jan. 1st 2011 will be averaged, and must be sold or placed into storage after 5 days.
• ALL SOYBEANS NOT CONTRACTED FOR FALL DELIVERY WILL HAVE UNTIL FRIDAY EVENINGS BY 4:30 PM IN SEPT, OCT, AND NOV, DEC TO EITHER BE SOLD OR STORED.

• Storage Rate- minimum rate .20/bushel through 01-01-11, which is billed and due by 1-01-11.
Storage is then accrued on a daily rate. (3 CENTS/MONTH)
• Shrink- ALL BEANS OVER 13% WILL BE SHRUNK .0125% PER HALF POINT
• All Bean Loads over 15.0% subject to sale on delivery

NOTICE:
All corn and beans as of AUG. 16th 2011 will either have to be sold at market price or placed onto a price later contract. This is in order to ensure the following year we have space to handle the upcoming crop year. The price later fee will be determined on Aug. 16th . Rates are subject to change without notice.
